Ajmeri Group ATS Panel Range
Our Phoenix2 ATS panels are available in both single and three-phase configurations.
Single-phase ATS panels are commonly used in residential properties and can support 40 Amp to 125 Amps of power, whereas three-phase ATS panels can support 40 Amp to 3200 Amp and are typically used in commercial properties. Other sizes are available upon request.
Our ATS panels include volt-free contacts and indicators for remote monitoring or BMS system connections. This will enable you to see which power supply is available and which supply is online.

What are ATS Panels, and what role do they play in a standby power system?
Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) panels, also known as Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) panels, automatically switch between power supplies. This could involve switching between two mains power supplies or a mains power supply and a generator power supply.
Without an ATS / AMF panel, this changeover would have to be manually operated using a manual changeover panel, which requires human intervention to function. This could result in a longer power outage if no one is available to operate the manual switch, resulting in data loss, electrical equipment damage, disruptions to communications, manufacturing, and daily activities. To completely eliminate the risk of a power outage, install an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system downstream of the ATS panel. This bridges the gap between
the ATS panel switching between two mains power supplies or a mains power supply and a generator power supply and your backup generator.
What are ATS Panels, and what role do they play in a standby power system?
An ATS panel constantly monitors the incoming AC mains supply and, if and when the mains power fails, sends a start signal to the standby generator.
The generator will start and, once up to speed, send a signal to the ATS panel indicating that it is ready to take the load. This process usually takes 10 to 15 seconds. At this point, the ATS panel will automatically switch the load from the mains power supply to the generator set.
When the mains supply is restored, the ATS panel controls a return to the mains supply and turns off the generator after a sufficient cooling down period. This process is the same when you have two mains power supplies.
The only difference is that the ATS panel does not need to wait for the second mains supply to come up to speed, so the changeover can happen.
ATS Panel Design and Manufacture

We design and manufacture our own ATS panels, which are frequently used as part of a turnkey standby power solution that includes an automatic transfer switch, UPS, and standby generators, as well as remote monitoring and other security and safety features.
With many years of experience providing AMF panel solutions, Phoenix2 is our most recent ATS offering. It is a fully automatic transfer panel that can be used for both mains to generator and mains to mains installations.
It includes all mains and generator power monitoring and protection systems, as well as a BS EN 60947-6-1-compliant motorised four-pole changeover switch controlled by a digitally programmable ATS controller with dual mains or mains-to-generator configurations.
This purpose-built ATS panel is a single unit with no contactors or circuit breakers, reducing the possibility of component failure while also providing flexibility if the power or control design changes.
Our Standard Phoenix2 ATS panels are AC-33B rated. This stringent requirement is part of the British standard BS8519, which covers fire-resistant power and control cable systems. BS8519 ensures that life safety equipment, such as firefighter lifts, emergency lights, smoke extraction fans, and other critical applications, are up to national standards. All Ajmeri Group Phoenix2 ATS panels meet these specifications.
